Melissa B-P Farley is the owner of mb consulting as well as being a Field Coach for the National Credit Union Foundation and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CPR Teddy (www.cprteddy.com). mb consulting focuses on helping organizations achieve maximum results in Human Resources, Organizational Development and Strategic Planning. We also specialize in motivational speaking and on-site facilitation. As a Field Coach for the National Credit Union Foundation, Melissa is responsible for working with Credit Union Leagues to encourage credit unions to explore product development to serve low and moderate income members and potential members.  As a CPR Teddy VP, she pursues her passion to keep kids safe by creatively raising the profile (and the sales!) of this cuddly teddy bear that helps parents, grandparents, and childcare providers practice choking rescue and CPR skills that could save a child's life one day.
